Max specialises in dispute resolution and litigation, particularly professional indemnity, general insurance and reinsurance. Max also advises in relation to policy response and coverage disputes (including aggregation issues) in relation to industrial special risks, contract works cover, catastrophe cover, fidelity cover, and product liability cover.
Max provides general insurance advice on large commercial property and M&A transactions. Max has also advised and acted in relation to several Special/Royal Commissions of Inquiry.
Max also delivers Legal Project Management (LPM) training across the practice.
