Mr. Liu hu specializes in securities issuance & listings, corporate affairs, merger & acquisition, corporate restructuring and private equity.
In the area of securities, Mr. Liu has handled numerous domestic and overseas IPOs and bond issuances for large-scale or middle-scale private and state-owned companies in various industries such as machinery and equipment,energy, building materials, iron and steel, finance and banking, chemical industry, hospitalization, business circulate, internet services and software. Mr. Liu has also led a number of domestic and foreign M&A transactions for large corporations and listed companies. In addition, he has extensive experience in private placements and venture capital.
Work experience
Mr. Liu joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2005.
Mr. Liu obtained his Bachelor of Law from the Southwest University of Political Science and Law and obtained his Master of Law from Sichuan University.
Mr. Liu's working languages are Chinese and English.
