She has acted for many clients on their regulatory capital and corporate hybrid issuances. She is at the forefront of developments in prudential regulation and the Australian retail corporate bond market. She has considerable experience in the Australian domestic and international capital markets gained over more than 20 years in Sydney, Melbourne and London.
