Jack's work highlights include:
- Future Fund: advising on numerous co-investment/VC transactions including its co-investment and establishment of the landmark Powering Australian Renewables Fund (PARF).
- Asciano: advising on its A$9bn acquisition by a Brookfield and Qube led consortium via scheme of arrangement.
- NAB: advising on its demerger from Clydesdale Bank in the UK including its A$5.5bn rights offer to shareholders, the proposed demerger of its Wealth business and all of its retail hybrid offerings since 2012.
- Transurban: advising Transurban on five major equity capital raisings since 2014 which have raised over A$11bn in aggregate and allowed Transurban to complete a number of significant acquisitions.
