Mr. Gu has rich experience in the field of debt restructuring, corporate matters and securities. He has participated in major projects such as the merger and reorganization of Dahua group and other nine companies, the reorganization of Shandong Hailong, and the reorganization of Shandong Jiufa Edible Fungus Co., Ltd., and more. Mr. Gu has provided legal services for several state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and foreign-invested companies to restructure and reorganize, issue stocks and get listed at home and abroad. He advised a number of business on additional share issuing, allotment of shares and asset restructuring. Mr. Gu is also very experienced in mergers and acquisitions. He is the permanent legal counsel for several listed companies and non-listed companies.

Mr. Gu is a graduate of Tsinghua University. He was admitted as a PRC lawyer in 1993 and passed the CPA examination in 1996.
