Ms. Dai specialises in commercial arbitration and litigation.

Ms. Dai is highly experienced in handling international commercial arbitration and litigation cases involving financial, equity, trade, product quality and construction disputes before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Beijing Arbitration Commission, the International Chamber of Commerce International Court of Arbitration, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and the PRC courts at all levels.

Ms. Dai specialises in representing clients in significant, complex and thorny litigation cases involving financial disputes over financial loans, private equity investment, asset management, trust and financial derivatives, and other corporate disputes over corporate control, equity transfer, valuation adjustment mechanism (VAM) agreements, resolution effectiveness, liquidation and dissolution. In resolving these cases, Ms. Dai is flexible in providing practical and integrated solutions, and assisting clients in achieving their business objectives.

With a focus on product liability matters for years, Ms. Dai has advised on hundreds of typical cases involving automobiles, electronics and many other industries. Ms. Dai is a contributor to LexisNexis’ Compliance Blue Paper Series-Product Quality and Chambers China Practice Guide - Product Liability & Safety.

Ms. Dai serves as an expert consultant on civil and administrative cases for the Supreme People's Procuratorate, a member of the third panel of legal experts of the China Banking Association, a clue review expert of the People's Procuratorate of Beijing Municipality, a mediator for foreign-related commercial cases at the Chaoyang District People's Court of Beijing, an invited mediator of the Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone People's Court, and a member of the Belt and Road Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce.

From 2005 to 2009, Ms. Dai provided regular legal services for the Beijing Organizing Committee for the 29th Olympic Games and won the Outstanding Contribution to Chaoyang Judicial and Administrative Security for Olympic Games award from the Bureau of Justice of Chaoyang District.

Ms. Dai was recognised as one of China Top 15 litigators by ALB in 2022, and a “Highly Recommended” lawyer by the Legal 500 Asia Pacific in 2021.

In 2021, Ms. Dai was named as one of the top ten pacesetters of the First "Beijing Model: Outstanding Legal Practitioner" and a "Role Model in Beijing Judicial Administration Systems of the New Era" by the Beijing Justice Bureau.
