Mr. Chen Wei's patent expertise covers a variety of areas of mechanical engineering, automotive manufacturing, construction engineering and other general mechanical fields, including printing device, communication device, agriculture machinery, household appliances and other household goods.
Mr. Chen has handled a large number of patent applications and advised on numerous patent cases. He has represented many well-known multinational corporations in patent invalidations, and advised on patent application/inquiry/search, patent re-examination and invalidation, patent infringement analysis, patent administrative proceedings, patent tort proceedings, administrative investigation and disposition of patent infringement, and licensing and assignment of patents and know-how.
