King & Wood Mallesons' Milan office has strengthened its offering as the go-to firm in Italy for clients investing in China, with the appointment of Stefania Lucchetti as partner and the promotion of Fausto Caruso to Counsel.
Stefania is qualified in Italy, England & Wales and Hong Kong, bringing with her a wealth of international expertise. Her corporate law background includes experience in M&A, cross border transactions and commercial agreements across a range of industries, particularly fintech and fashion. Stefania is a lecturer at MIP School of Management in Milan, and she has authored a number of business publications including:

Fausto Caruso most recent experience includes advising InvestiRE, a major Italian Real Estate Asset Management Firm, on acquiring a portfolio of clinics in the expected development of Spazio Sanità, a health care-related property fund.
