Asia's top tier international law firm King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has again triumphed at the Financial Times (FT) Innovative Lawyers Awards Asia, held last night in Singapore.

KWM won the award for Most Innovative Lawyers in Deal Making: Innovative “spin merge” structure for large corporate merger, demonstrating its mastery of the law and innovative approach to client service.
