The real estate team at King & Wood Mallesons ("KWM") has advised Atalaya, Andbank's investment fund managed by Navis Capital, on the purchase of the Lanzarote Beach Hotel, located in the island of Lanzarote. The fund completes through this acquisition a holiday portfolio made up of four assets, covering around a thousand rooms and with a presence in the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands and the Costa del Sol. The hotel will be managed by THB Hotels. The team of KWM lawyers involved in this transaction was led by the partner and director of the Real Estate team, José Antonio Calleja, and the counsel Candela Escribano.
