King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) is pleased to have assisted Valmont Industries, Inc. (NYSE: VMI) on its acquisition of HR Products, a wholesale supplier of irrigation parts in Australia.
The acquisition expands Valmont’s geographic footprint and accelerates the growth of its aftermarket parts presence in the Australian agriculture market.
The KWM team was led by Partner Rhys Casey and Senior Associate Mitch Fairbairn with support from Caroline Paskevich (Senior Associate) and Sacha Kemp (Solicitor).
