King & Wood Mallesons has advised Navitas Pty Limited on the disposal of the StudyLink business, through the sale of all the shares in Learning Information Systems Pty Limited to Flywire Pacific Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Flywire Corporation (NASDAQ: FLYW).
