King and Wood Mallesons (KWM) has advised leading provider of digital identification verification Data Zoo Holdings Pty Ltd (Data Zoo) on a major investment by Ellerston Capital.
The transaction allows the founder owned and led business to focus on new growth areas and strengthen Data Zoo’s international presence.
Data Zoo supports business operating in key tech growth areas such as eCommerce, financial services, fintech, digital payments and social media.
The KWM team was led by Partner Anthony Boogert with support from Solicitor Lauren Meyers-Young.
