Olivier has a particular expertise in domestic and cross border M&A, restructuring, commercial and corporate finance transactions. He acts for international clients involved in a wide range of businesses, such as industrial manufacturing, energy and property development. His practice has also developed in the real estate sector.
Olivier also regularly advises private high net individuals and companies in tax and fiscal matters.
Previously Oliver formed part of a Parisian tax law firm and he acted as tax counselor in the Private Banking department of one of Belgium's largest banks.
