Anna has extensive experience in providing legal advice to Government entities, including advising on large and complex multi-stage procurements. Anna advises Government entities on a range of topics, including legislative interpretation, Commonwealth entities' financial frameworks and government policies, privacy obligations, intellectual property rights and the Legal Services Directions.
Anna has assisted agencies to draft tender documents for Commonwealth procurements, advised them through the procurement process, and drafted and negotiated numerous agreements.
