KWM promote Ildefonso Alier as new partner in their Madrid office

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) have promoted Ildefonso Alier to partnership. A lawyer with more than 15 years of experience, Ildefonso specializes in the structuring of national and international investment funds, including private equity, venture capital and debt funds. Besides this, he also has extensive experience giving legal advice in secondary transactions, interest arrangements, co-investment plans and other related transactions such as restructuring of funds or creation of special purposes vehicles for investment into private equity.

Throughout his professional career, Ildefonso has advised several KWM´s clients, including, Alantra, Portobello Capital, MCH Private Equity, Magnum Industrial Partners, Miura Private Equity, Oquendo Capital, GED Group, Altamar Private Equity, Arcano Group and Plenium Partners.
