KWM Hong Kong strengthens capital markets capabilities with the addition of Jason Kuo

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) is pleased to announce the continued expansion of our capital markets practice in Hong Kong* with the addition of Jason T. Kuo, who joins as counsel.

Capital Markets veteran Jason T. Kuo has over 25 years of experience advising on a broad range of securities transactions, including initial public offerings, debt offerings, tender offers, private placements, and pre-IPO venture capital investments. He also advises on US corporate and regulatory matters. He is a native speaker in both Mandarin and English, as well as a working knowledge of Japanese.
