KWM advises CEIEC (H.K.) Limited on its proposed privatisation of TPV Technology Limited

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) is advising CEIEC (H.K.) Limited (CEIEC), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of China Electronics Corporation, on its proposed privatisation of TPV Technology Limited (TPV) (HKSE: 903, SGX: T18) by way of a scheme of arrangement (scheme) under the Bermuda Companies Act. CEIEC and TPV have jointly issued an announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) on 12 August 2019.

Upon the scheme becomes effective, the listing of the shares of TPV will be withdrawn from the HKEX and Singapore Exchange.
