We gathered senior lawyers, business leaders and innovators, many connected with financial services to a round table discussion as to how increased opportunities and regulation surrounding data has impacted their businesses, and what lies ahead.

Under the Chatham House Rule, there followed a vibrant and wide-ranging conversation highlighting the power of data and the need for regulation to keep apace.

In this piece, we discuss the relationship between data and consumers, regulators and other parties; and also the potential politics and risks of using data.
