Digitalisation in a hurry

Under the Chatham House Rule, there followed a wide-ranging conversation from which it became clear that, for those present, digitalisation should be subservient to the demands of customers, flexibility and trust.

In this piece, we discuss how digitalisation improves business processes. We explore the multiple approaches to de-risking information systems delivery, and the importance of “trust” as a business model in facilitating digitalisation.
