King & Wood Mallesons advises Seaya Ventures on the structuring of its fund Seaya Ventures III

King & Wood Mallesons ("KWM") Funds team is advising Seaya Ventures ("Seaya") on the structuring of its third fund, Seaya Ventures III, which has reached a first close with €85 million. The new investment-vehicle has a target size of €125 million and will remain open to new investors for the next few months.

Seaya Ventures III’s strategy is aimed at investing mainly in top Southern Europe tech companies. These enterprises cover a variety of sectors, including healthcare, education, and financial services.

Isabel Rodríguez and Ildefonso Alier, partners at KWM's Madrid office, are leading the coordination of the firm's multidisciplinary team that is advising Seaya in this project. Another relevant lawyer of the team is the associate María Mata.

King & Wood Mallesons also advised Seaya on the launch and close of its two previous funds.
