King & Wood Mallesons has announced the promotion of Senior Associate Teresa García to Counsel in the Spanish team. Teresa specialises in corporate law and M&A, advising national and international clients on all types of M&A transactions, with a specific focus on private equity, energy and infrastructure deals.
