King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has advised zvoove Group GmbH (zvoove) on the acquisition of the Dutch Leviy group (Leviy).
Leviy, headquartered in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, was founded in 2014 and supplies its clients with an innovative software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for companies in the cleaning and facility management sector. The software enables communication, scheduling, analysis and reporting of room status, working hours and cleaning activities in real time. Leviy’s solution is not only used by facility managers but also by companies in the hotel, leisure and logistics industry as well as the health sector.
The new software brand zvoove is the result of the merger of LANDWEHR, rhb, prosoft and BackOffice. zvoove employs more than 300 people. At 5 locations in Germany and Switzerland (Wietmarschen-Lohne, Regensburg, Essen, Hamm and Basel) the group serves around 3,700 customers. The combined expertise makes zvoove not only the market leader for temporary staffing software in Germany, but also the innovative ERP provider for HCM (Human Capital Management). Technology investor LEA Partners is backing the newly formed zvoove Group and boosting its growth potential.
With the acquisition of Leviy, zvoove is successfully driving its growth strategy and will add mobile workforce solutions to its product portfolio in the future. KMW has also advised zvoove Group on previous projects (acquisition of rhb, merger with prosoft, merger with BackOffice).
