INVISION invests in Reisenthel – manufacturer of the carrybag®

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has advised INVISION on the acquisition of a majority stake in Reisenthel Accessoires GmbH & Co. KG (Reisenthel).

Reisenthel, based in Gilching, was founded in 1971 and is the leading manufacturer of shopping baskets, bags and trolleys for the segments shopping, travel, cosmetics and children. The products are characterised by a high degree of innovation, award-winning functional design and highest quality. The longevity of Reisenthel products are particularly appreciated by environmentally conscious consumers.
