Mr. Zhang Mo specializes in litigation, arbitration and non-litigation practices in trust and assets management, real estate, intellectual property, and general corporate matters.
Mr. Zhang Mo has extensive experience in disputes resolution, with particular specialty and deep understanding in M&A of enterprises, joint-development, leasing, compensation for breach of contract, trust and assets management, and intellectual property disputes. He has acted for many financial institution and other established international and domestic companies in various litigation, arbitration and compulsory enforcement proceedings.
In the real estate sector, Zhang Mo’s legal practice covers a broad spectrum of M&A of real estate enterprises, financing (trust, assets management, PE), trade of land-use-right, joint-development, leasing and transferring of real estate, and property management.
With regards to intellectual property, Mr. Zhang Mo has regularly represented the holders of intellectual property rights in a number of litigation and arbitration matters, and has also provided clients with a variety of non-contentious legal services.
Mr. Zhang Mo joined King & Wood Mallesons in the 2011.
Mr. Zhang Mo receives his LLB and LLM from Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
Mr. Zhang Mo is proficient in Chinese and English.
