Areas of Practice 

Ms. Wu Shujun specializes in both domestic and cross board mergers and acquisitions. She has extensive experience in the field of energy, resource and infrastructure, especially in nuclear power and electricity legal affairs.

Ms. Wu has advised many state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises in their domestic or outbound investment projects. Ms. Wu has served as leading counsel of a number of M&A transactions in the field of power and minerals, especially nuclear power “going global” projects, in which range of legal services cover investment, financing, engineering, operation and technology transfer etc.  

Work Experience

Ms. Wu joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2015. Prior to that she worked as a lawyer in another Chinese law firm for five years and then as an in-house legal counsel in a large central state-owned clean energy enterprise.

Ms. Wu obtained her LLB degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and her LLM degree from Xiamen University.

Ms. Wu was admitted as a Chinese lawyer in 2001. Her working languages are Chinese and English.
