Mr. Wu Jun’s areas of expertise include domestic and cross-board dispute resolution, he also has practice in the areas of bankruptcy and reconstruction.

Mr. Wu has represented clients involved in many high profile cases, and has significant experience with dispute resolution relating to company controlling, unfair competition, derivative securities, bulk commodities, construction, and property insurance. Mr. Wu also has expertise in enterprise bankruptcy and liquidation cases, and published a treatise as the author.

Work Experience

Mr. Wu joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2003, and rejoined the firm in 2013. In between this period he practiced with Jun He Law Firm.

Mr. Wu studied at the China Institute of Metrology, Jilin University, Nanjing University and East China University of Political Science and Law, and obtained the qualifications of PRC lawyer and judge in 1997.

Mr. Wu is proficient in both Chinese and English.
