Mr. Sha Jun primarily focuses on civil and commercial dispute resolution. His professional expertise covers the full range of litigation and non-litigation legal practice with particular emphasis on commercial contracts, finance, corporate, merger and acquisition (M&A) sectors.
Mr. Sha has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border litigation, arbitration and compulsory enforcement proceedings. He specializes in dealing with influential and challenging cases, including the litigations of retrial. He has represented many domestic and international leading companies in litigation, arbitration and enforcement proceedings for disputes relating to commercial contracts, equity rights, M&A, company capital, company control rights, infringement of shareholders’ rights, real property development, product quality and tort, etc.
Mr. Sha serves as perennial legal consultant to large-scale enterprises, and he has accumulated experience to settle potential disputes for clients. Mr. Sha advises clients on precaution of legal risks and emergency management, and he also represents clients in business negotiations.
Mr. Sha provides prompt and optimum advices to clients in the financial sector. His client base covers domestic and international banks, asset management companies and other financial institutions. His service scope includes advising clients on the acquisition, transfer, management, due diligence, disposal and recovery of NPLs, as well as representing clients in the litigation and arbitration proceedings for disputes relating to commercial loans and insurance policies, etc.

Mr. Sha joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2006.
Mr. Sha obtained both his LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from the Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He was admitted as a qualified PRC Lawyer in 2007.
His working languages are Mandarin and English.
