Peng Jin


Area of practice

Ms. Peng Jin specializes in corporate matters, and securities.

She has handled corporate restructuring and the mergers and acquisitions of various domestic enterprises and has participated in numerous IPOs by Chinese enterprises on domestic and foreign stock markets, such as in New York, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Ms. Peng serves as a legal counsel to many listed companies and unlisted companies (including state-owned enterprises, private owned enterprises, and foreign invested companies).

Work experience

Prior to joining King & Wood Mallesons, Ms. Peng Jin worked as lecturer at the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University.

Ms. Peng obtained her LL.B. and LL.M. from the University of International Business and Economics. She is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant in China and is proficient in English and Chinese.
