Ms. Pan Yujia specializes in securities, mergers and acquisitions, private equity/venture capital financing investment and cross-border investment.
As either issuer's or underwriter's PRC legal counsel, Ms. Pan has extensive experience in advising PRC companies for their public offerings of securities on PRC domestic Stock Markets and also on overseas capital markets. She is also experienced in advising PRC based companies on their restructuring and IPOs on overseas stock markets.
She has participated in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions in the manufacturing, airport, medicine, supply chain, media, and retail sectors among others. She also regularly represents international clients in their investments in China.
Ms. Pan Yujia joined King & Wood Mallesons in 1996. Prior to joining King & Wood Mallesons, she worked at Chongqing University.
Ms. Pan obtained her B.A. in English Language and Literature at Southwest Normal University and holds two LL.Ms; one from University of International Business and Economics and one from Washington University in St. Louis. She was admitted as a Chinese lawyer in 1998.
Ms. Pan is proficient in Chinese and English.
