Mr. Li specializes in foreign and domestic corporate M&A, the financing and investment in public utilities and infrastructure projects.

Mr. Li has successfully represented and assisted many domestic and foreign clients in developing public utilities and infrastructure projects via project financing (BT/BOT/TOT and etc), which includes water supply, sewage treatment, land development and consolidation, land reclamation, port construction and etc.

Mr. Li has provided legal services to domestic and foreign clients for corporate matters including trust investments, PE investments, equity & asset acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and so on.

Work experience

Mr. Li Qiang joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2008. He received his LL.B. from Harbin Engineering University in 1995 and his LL.M. from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2005. Mr. Li was admitted as a Chinese lawyer in 1996.

Mr. Li is proficient in Chinese and English.
