Mr. Huang Renzhong specialises in securities, IPOs in domestic and overseas stock markets, onshore and offshore investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, real estate, infrastructure and private equity.
Mr. Huang has extensive experience in stock market transactions as well as IPOs in domestic and overseas stock markets, onshore and offshore investment and financing, and mergers and acquisitions of listed companies. He has advised numerous pre-IPO companies and listed companies on various corporate matters including IPOs in domestic and overseas stock markets, mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, refinancing, private equity investment, USD bond and bond financing. His client portfolio covers a diverse range of industries including: consumer goods, culture and media, TMT, cross-border e-commerce, biological industry, new energy vehicles, high-end manufacturing, medical industry, higher education, real estate, and fine chemistry, etc.
Mr. Huang also has wide experience in real estate. He has advised many large well-known developers and real estate funds, providing real estate legal services on areas such as primary land development, acquisition of land using rights or the right to development projects, project mergers and acquisition, project financing, construction projects and large scale property rental. The property rental involves commercial real estate, industrial real estate, villas and apartments.
Mr. Huang owns wide experience in PE-related practice, and has participated in quite a number of direct equity investment projects. He maintains many long-term international and local clients for whom he provides all-round legal services in the establishment, fundraising, investment, management and withdrawal relating to their funds, especially value-added services for the listing of investment projects and M&A exit.
Mr. Huang joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2005. Prior to this, he worked at a well-known law firm in China.
Mr. Huang obtained his bachelor’s degree of economics from Ocean University of China and later received his master’s degree of civil law and commercial law from Renmin University of China.
Mr. Huang is proficient in both Chinese and English.
