Ms. Huang is a corporate partner at King & Wood Mallesons specializing in cross-border M&A and foreign investment in China.
Ms. Huang has extensive experience in advising clients from the automobile, new energy, technology, hotel, agricultural, food and other industries. With solid expertise and years of experience, she advises many domestic and foreign clients on, among others, FDI, cross-border M&A, private equity investment, red-chip restructuring, takeover of domestic and foreign listed companies, corporate financing, and asset acquisition. She is well versed in providing insightful professional advice and business solutions tailored to the demands of different clients, and wins wide recognition from her clients.

Ms. Huang joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2011. She received her LL.B. from Renmin University of China in 2008 and her LL.M. from Peking University in 2010. She was admitted to practice law in China in 2013.
