Mr. Hao Zhaohui specializes in bankruptcy, liquidation and reorganization of listed and private corporations, financial institutions, and foreign invested companies. He also has extensive litigation and arbitration experience.
In nearly 10 years of legal practice, Mr. Hao has participated in various bankruptcy, reorganization and liquidation projects for large and medium-sized companies, listed companies and other financial institutions. After the implementation of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of the PRC (2007) Mr. Hao has led some ground-breaking bankruptcy and reorganization projects of listed companies. He has also participated and lead dozens of insolvencies and liquidations, administrative clearing or administrative restructure projects of security companies and other financial institutions.
In 2016, Mr. Hao has been ranked as a “Leading Individual” by Chambers Asia Pacific Guide. Mr. Hao Zhaohui has been recognized as an ‘Up and Coming’ lawyer in Restructuring/Insolvency by Chambers Asia-Pacific 2015 guide. Mr. Hao Zhaohui joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2002. Prior to joining King & Wood Mallesons, he worked at Shanghai Xin An Meng Real Estate Co., Ltd. as legal director.
Mr. Hao Zhaohui received his LL.B. from Jilin University in 1999 and was admitted as a Chinese lawyer in 1999.
