Ms. Feng specializes in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, and family wealth management.
Ms. Feng has extensive practical experience in marriage legal issues, family and inheritance, real estate construction projects, infringement, corporate and equity, and financial capital management plans. She has represented many clients in high net worth individual marriage disputes, complex construction of real estate construction projects, internet infringement, large-scale state-owned enterprises and private enterprises equity merger and acquisition, financial institutions bills, independent letter of guarantee and other difficult and complicated cases. She has a keen sense of law and deep understanding of the case.
Ms.Feng also has extensive experience with domestic family wealth management issues. She provides clients with objective and comprehensive risk assessment and effective and personalized legal advice combining her judicial practice experience with regards to the management and inheritance issues of family wealth.
Ms. Feng has provided dispute resolution legal services for a number of state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and financial institutions. She has also served as a perennial legal consultant for large state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, providing litigation and daily non-litigation consulting services.
Ms. Feng has both traditional civil and modern commercial legal thinking and practical experience. She is good at handling major and complicated civil and commercial cases, and has practical experience in driving criminal cases. Based on those experiences, she was published in the People's Justice, Beijing Trial and Judicial Frontier, and several case studies were selected for the China Trial Cases, China Court Annual Case, and People's Court Case Selection.
Ms. Feng was awarded the title of “Civil Trial Business Model” by the Beijing Higher People's Court in the first Judicial Competence Competition and was honored as the Advanced Judge of the Beijing Court System and the Double Superior Civil Judge.
Ms. Feng joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2015. Before joining King & Wood Mallesons, Ms. Feng worked in a people's court in Beijing for nearly 13 years and concluded more than 4,000 civil and commercial cases. She is familiar with the civil and commercial judicial rules and practice procedures of courts.
Ms. Feng graduated from the Law Department of China University of Political Science and Law in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in law. In 2002, she graduated from the Graduate School of China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree in litigation law. Ms. Feng was admitted to practise in China in 2000.
