Mr. Chang Junfeng is a partner of the Dispute Resolution & Litigation group, specializing in compliance investigation and criminal litigation.
Mr. Chang is one of the lawyers that began with practice early in the PRC in the area of compliance investigation, and has substantial experience in advising clients on structuring corporate compliance system, internal compliance investigation, criminal compliance, dealing with criminal investigation against the companies and prevention from entrepreneurs’ crime, and has successively advised a great number of entrepreneurs.
Mr. Chang has also represented a good many enterprises and entrepreneurs in criminal defense involving allegations of commercial bribery, white-collar crime, financial and securities crime, intellectual property crime, crime related to customs and tax affairs, environmental crime, etc..
Mr. Chang joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2012 as a partner of the dispute resolution practice. Before joining the firm, Mr. Chang had served as an associate, partner and member of the managing committee, successively, in a reputable law firm in Beijing for more than a decade.
Mr. Chang obtained his bachelor degree of law from Tsinghua University and executive master degree of business administration from China Europe International Business School. Mr. Chang is now the researcher of Customs and Foreign Exchange Law Institute of RUC Law School, part-time supervisor of postgraduate students at PKU Law School and the vice director of the Disciplinary Committee of Beijing Chaoyang Lawyers Association.
Mr. Chang was awarded as one of “Top 15 litigators in China” by Asian Legal Business in 2014 to recognize his excellent professional skills and broad experience in litigation practice.
Mr. Chang’s working languages are Chinese and English.
