With the help of KWM’s global platform and resources, my team and I have come up with creative solutions for our clients on a number of transaction terms and ultimately helped them achieve their goals. I feel fulfilled, and I am very confident that the world will soon overcome the pandemic and see new growth in cross-border transactions.”

With nearly twenty years of solid practice and rich international legal service experience, Mr. Jiang has represented a number of large multinational companies in carrying out investment and divestment projects in China in various industries, including traditional manufacturing, automobile, aviation, chemical, hotel and elderly care, real estate and agriculture. Mr. Jiang is adept at handling complex cross-border transactions, providing effective legal solutions and professional advice for clients based on his excellent legal skills and unique insights. Mr. Jiang’s recent work highlights include advising: LG Chem on the carve-out and restructuring as well as the sale of its LCD polarizer business to Ningbo Shanshan for USD 1.1 billion; Jifeng Co., Ltd. on its white knight takeover of German listed company Grammer AG; and LYB on the establishment of a large petrochemical joint venture with Bora. He has gained recognition from both clients and the market.

This ALB ranking is conducted on an annual basis, which makes a professional evaluation on the comprehensive strengths of the candidates in terms of their significant M&A deals, influence in the industry and client feedback.
