King & Wood Mallesons has been named in the Chambers Global 2014 ‘Global Top 30’ and ranked in 60 categories of the annual legal directory.
For the first time, Chambers Global 2014 features a list of the very best global law firms, based on an examination of law firm and individual rankings across all jurisdictions. As a result of the newly combined firm, King & Wood Mallesons has been named in this elite group.
Of the 60 rankings secured across the firm, the firm was newly ranked in 9 practice areas and 16 practice groups achieved top tier status. Furthermore, 122 of the firm's partners were listed as leading individuals in their fields, with the editorial stating that they have been praised by clients for their “good commercial sense”, “tremendous experience” and “brilliant legal opinion.”
A further 14 of King and Wood Mallesons' practice areas were ranked within the region-wide categories, Asia Pacific-wide, Africa-wide and Middle East-wide, highlighting the firm’s cross border capabilities and expertise.
