King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has announced the reappointment of Berkeley Cox as Chief Executive Partner, Australia. The appointment will be Mr Cox’s second term and is for a term of three years.
Throughout his first term Berkeley championed a number of initiatives within the firm driven by his commitment to providing a superior experience for the firm’s people and clients.
Passionate about ensuring KWM is a great place to work and grow, Berkeley has been dedicated to embedding this as a strategic priority, focussing on equipping the firm’s people for wellbeing and performance and building supportive teams to enable them to deliver exceptional service to clients.
His care for people is also evident in the continued growth of KWM’s Community Impact program which, with Berkeley’s support, has become central to the firm’s strategy. His commitment to the community in which we live and work has encouraged participation from all levels of the firm, resulting in the program’s most successful year to date.
On the international front, Berkeley continues to drive greater connectivity between KWM Australia and the firm’s global network, creating greater opportunities for cross-border collaboration.
Coming into his second term, Berkeley will champion the firm’s transformation imperative, further strengthen KWM Australia’s collaboration with the firm’s international network and continue his unwavering commitment to both the firm’s clients and its people.
