Mr. Shu Zhang specializes in securities, capital markets, M&A and finance, with years of experience.
In the area of securities and capital markets, Mr. Zhang advised on corporate IPO, major asset restructuring, and bond issuance projects for multiple corporations. He represented clients in finance, agriculture, consumer goods, environmental protection, cultural & sports, service, manufacturing and military industries. In the area of M&A, Mr. Zhang has represented in many iconic projects, including integration of large enterprise groups, transfer of control rights of listed companies, outward investment of the fund and so on.
His clients include Sichuan Development Holding Co., Ltd, Chengdu Xingcheng Investment Group Co., Ltd, Bank of Tibet and other state-owned enterprise, and Sinoseal Holding Co.,Ltd., Xinzhu Road and Bridge Machinery Co.,Ltd., Guoguang Agrochemical Co., Ltd., Guanglian Aviation Industry Co., Ltd., Sinochem geotechnical and other listed companies.
