Mr. Fan Yang specializes in M&A, foreign investment, private equity and general corporate matters.
Mr. Fan Yang has extensive experience in M&A, foreign investment and private equity investment, providing services of deal structuring, due diligence, transaction documents drafting and negotiation, governmental approval and closing in numerous M&A and joint venture transactions. He also provides general cooperate legal services to a number of multinational corporations.
Mr. Yang is experienced in shipping, logistics and related industries, he has advised on a number of M&A transactions in respect of shipping companies, logistics companies, shipyards, and provided professional legal services to insurance companies, P&I clubs. Mr. Yang also has extensive experiences in healthcare and life science practice, he has advised on the acquisition of shares of medical institution, pharmaceutical company, medical device company and food manufacturing company, and provided advice for the development, license, clinical trial, import, distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Mr. Yang obtained his LL.B. and LL.M. from the Law School of Xiamen University.
