Mr. Wu Peng specializes in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, especially in real estate disputes, construction contract disputes, labor disputes, infringement disputes, and marriage and family disputes. Meanwhile, he is also good at other civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases in various sectors including real estate, finance, automobiles, and aviation.
With more than 20 years of experience in litigations and arbitration, Mr. Wu has led and represented quite a number of tricky and complicated civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases with a relatively large target amount. He is responsible for formulation, planning and implementation of case solutions and familiar with the way courts and arbitration institutions make a ruling and operate, so he is able to provide constructive and practical dispute solutions. Work Experience
Wu Peng joined King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) in 2015.
Prior to joining KWM, Mr. Wu also worked as an in-house legal counsel in Greenland Group, a World Top 500 Enterprise and the largest real estate company in the world. During this time, he assisted the Group in finishing the listing, and he also coordinated and dealt with many major projects and disputes.
Wu Peng was a permanent adjunct professor at Shanghai Judge Training Base, Municipal Trade Union College Shanghai, Court of Labor Arbitration, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and other institutes. He taught at such institutions the courses of Real Estate Law, Labor Law, Frontier Justice and other courses.
