These cases involved loans in RMB or foreign currency and guarantees within China, international commercial loans and guarantees, product liability, real estate and construction, and other general contract disputes.

Work Experiences

He received his B.Sc. degree from the China University of Political Science and Law. He was admitted as Chinese lawyer in 1999.
