Ms. Tian Weina specializes in securities, M&A and restructuring.
Ms. Tian has extensive experience in securities and has participated in the restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and overseas IPO projects for dozens of state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, and foreign-invested companies. She is experienced in high-tech, internet, technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), and delivered innovative advices. Ms. Tian has also represented a number of companies on bond financing, including corporate bonds, medium-term notes and short-term financing bonds.
In domestic A-share IPO and refinancing, Ms. Tian has participated in numerous projects such as Baiyang, Kunlun, Silk Vision, Yealink, HTC, and China Merchants Securities. In M&A and restructuring, she completed the major asset restructuring project for Talkweb and Leyard', and participated in private equity financing projects for Fangdd Network, 7Road, VIPS and Yuanzheng Cell.
Work Experience
Ms Tian Weina joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2009. Prior to that, she worked at C&I Partners.
Ms. Tian obtained her Master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Xiamen University. She was qualified to practice law in China in 2010.
Her working languages are Chinese and English.
