Ms. Tian specializes in securitization and structure finance, private/public fund, real-estate, infrastructure, public utility and public-private partnership.
With recent years' practice in asset-backed securitization, Ms. Zhang advises clients on a wide array of underlying assets including, real estate and infrastructure, enterprise receivables, supply-chain finance by reverse factoring, credit assets, royalty fee, personal consumption loan, etc. Ms. Tian has extensive experience in M&A and capital markets, as well as in private equity and trust investment.
Ms. Tian undertook a number of securitization projects with innovative significance and market milestone effect, such as the first refinancing REITs, the first logistics asset backed REITs, the first expandable REITs and the first infrastructure backed REITs. Ms. Tian can provide forward-looking legal services for publicly offered REITs clients.
Work Experience
Ms. Tian joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2011.
Ms. Tian graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and Wuhan University with a bachelor degree in law and a master degree in law respectively.
Ms. Tian's working languages are Chinese and English.
