Mr. Sun Haotian has over 10 years’ practice experience in capital market legal service, his main practice fields are Red-chip and H-share overseas listing, A-share listing, mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”), onshore and offshore bonds issuing, private equity (“PE”) investment and financing, etc.
Mr. Sun has profound experience in securities and has provided legal advice for a large number of domestic and foreign well-known companies in their A-share or overseas listing, REITs listing, bonds issuing, ABS issuing, M&A, PE investments and financing, and so forth. Mr. Sun is a specialist in red chips listing and its returning to A-share market, M&A, PE investment and financing, with considerable experience in privatization of overseas listed companies and returning to A-share market, assets and/or shares acquisition with innovative trading structure, material asset reorganization among listed companies, hostile takeovers of listed companies, etc. Mr. Sun advises clients in a wide range of business sectors including real estate, education, TMT, fast consumables and so on.
Work Experience
Mr. Sun joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2008.
Mr. Sun obtained a Bachelor of Law majoring in Economic Law from Northwestern University of Political Science and Law. Mr. Sun also received a master’s degree in Law from Xiamen University. Mr. Sun was admitted as a Chinese lawyer in 2010.
Mr. Sun’s working languages are Chinese and English.
