Su Zheng specialises in securities, mergers and acquisitions, and other relevant legal matters.
Ms. Su has extensive experience in the restructuring of large and medium-sized enterprises, private equity financing, domestic and international public offerings, issuance of bonds, and mergers and acquisitions. She has worked on projects in banking, securities, insurance, TMT, consumption, high-end manufacturing, energy, and financial technology industries. Among the projects led by Ms. Su, many were awarded as the deal of the year by leading international or Asian professional institutions.
Ms. Su was recognised as an Outstanding Young Attorney for 2009-2011 by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice and was named an Asia-pacific Leading Attorney in Capital Markets in 2011 and 2012 by EUROMONEY. She was named one of the “2013 ALB Top 15 Rising Lawyers” in China. In 2015, she was named a highly recommended lawyer in capital markets in China by The Legal 500, and a Leading Individual by asialaw Profiles. In 2017, Ms. Su won the "Young Lawyer of the Year" award at the Asian Legal Business (ALB) China Law Awards. Since 2016, Ms. Su has been recognised by Chambers Asia Pacific Guide as a Leading Lawyer in Capital Markets for five years in a row. In 2020 and 2021, she was selected as a "Leading Lawyer" by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) 1000 China.
