Ren Liguang specialises in domestic and overseas capital markets and private equity investment.
With considerable experience in domestic and overseas capital markets, Mr. Ren has led a large number of projects, including corporate restructuring and reorganisation, domestic and overseas public offerings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of listed companies, cross-border M&A, refinancing of listed companies and issuance of corporate bonds. He advises clients in various industries such as TMT, pharmaceuticals, cross-border e-commerce and high-end equipment manufacturing.
Mr. Ren is also experienced in private equity investment. He has advised investment institutions on their investment in listed companies, pre-IPO companies and start-ups.
Work Experience
Mr. Ren joined King & Wood Mallesons in 2014. Prior to that, he worked for Grandway Law Offices in Beijing.
Mr. Ren received his LL.B and LL.M. from China University of Political Science and Law.
Mr. Ren's working language are Chinese and English.
