Patrick is a Special Counsel in the Sydney office of King & Wood Mallesons. With over 15 years' experience in Australia and Europe, Patrick advises clients on commercial transactions involving outsourcing, procurement, information technology and intellectual property.
Patrick's clients operate across a range of sectors, in particular infrastructure, financial services, health, property and retail. He also acts on corporate and M&A transactions, with a particular focus on IP and IT issues, transitional and separation issues and ongoing supply arrangements.
Before joining King & Wood Mallesons, Patrick trained and worked for 6 years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London.
