Li Jia specialises in domestic listing and refinancing, major asset restructuring, bond financing, private equity fund formation and investment, debt restructuring, information disclosure of listed companies, and corporate governance.
With over ten years of experience, Ms. Li has advised on a number of domestic IPOs, backdoor listings and major asset restructurings. She has also assisted with the formation of many large state-owned private equity funds and represented such funds in a series of mixed-ownership reform and investment projects.
Ms. Li also serves as the regular legal counsel for many state-owned enterprises and A-share listed companies. She is adept at addressing information disclosure and corporate governance of listed companies.

She received her LL.M. from Jilin University.
